IN THE MUSIC | playing, studying and the brain
Playing the bassoon is a great activity, that provides space for playing together and selfdevelopment. Whether someone is a professional, a student or an amateur, chances are that at home many hours are spent studying. What about this practising? How long, how often, in what way? And, important as well, why would we do this?
In the two workshops by Wieke Karsten this will be the topic of conversation. In the first workshop we will look in a playfull and accesible way at the connection between practising and the way our brain works. In the second workshop we will look deeper into the subject of focus and attention. So: start collecting all your questions and join in!
